The Vineyard and Olive Grove
The 7.5+/- acre vineyard planted 7 years ago, is under an
'evergreen' management contract and has been described by a local
winemaker as "a wonderful winemakers toolbox". There are five Pinot
Noir clones including Swan, Switzerland clone 23, Martini, Pommard,
Roederer (as in Louis Roederer Christal). The rootstock is Dijon.
The vineyard is irrigated and sprinklered with 25,000+/- gallons of
water storage tanks which can be increased A private estate label is
produced for the current owner.
The olive grove consists of 120+/- young Tuscan oil producing
trees with 3 Italian varieties including Frantorio & Pendolino.
